The House of the Lord

Tomorrow we will be in the house of the Lord. As you prepare your heart to come into the courts of the Lord - pick one of these Scriptures to meditate on from the Book of Psalms - they all teach us about the House of the Lord:

Ps. 5:7 But as for me, I will come into Your house in the multitude of Your mercy; In fear of You I will worship toward Your holy temple.

Ps. 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.

Ps. 26:8 LORD, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory dwells.

Ps. 27:4 One thing I have desired of the LORD,That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple.

Ps. 52:8 But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever.

Ps. 65:4 Blessed is the man You choose,And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.

Ps. 84:4 Blessed are those who dwell in Your house; They will still be praising You.  Selah

Ps. 84:10 For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

Ps. 92:13 Those who are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God.

Ps. 93:5 Your testimonies are very sure; Holiness adorns Your house, O LORD, forever.

Ps. 122:1  I was glad when they said to me,“Let us go into the house of the LORD.”

Ps. 134:1 Behold, bless the LORD, All you servants of the LORD, Who by night stand in the house of the LORD!
