Trust And Faith - Part 1

I have been thinking about the difference between trust and faith. They are similar in so many ways. Here are a few thoughts:

Trust comes from looking back and knowing what God has done (Ps. 71:5)
Faith comes from looking forward and knowing what God will do (Heb. 11:1)

Trust is a verb - it is something we do
Faith is a noun - it is something we have

Trust is faith in action
Faith is trust in rest

Trust is seeing
Faith is believing

Trust is earned
Faith is won
